It's time to get your pink on at Bistro Rex for this year's Mardi Gras with our special MAR-GAY-RITA cocktail. It will be available from 17 February till 7 March. That is a total of just 20 days, so you'd better be quick!

The tantalising MAR-GAY-RITA cocktail is $16 and well worth it, featuring Olmeca Altos Tequila Reposado, rhubarb syrup and lime. YUM!

But what makes it even more delicious is knowing that 50% ($8) of every cocktail sold goes to Bobby Goldsmith Foundation (BGF), Australia's longest running HIV charity (since 1984).

Available from 12pm seven days a week at non other than Bistro Rex in Potts Point, Sydney.
