We pride ourselves in featuring the best quality local produce to create Parisian-inspired dishes, and offer an impressive French and local wine list.

Whether you are booking for your end-of-year celebration, birthday, special engagement, corporate event, or celebrating a significant milestone, feast stylishly in The Salon at Bistro Rex, one of Sydney’s most sophisticated semi-private dining spaces.

Tucked away behind French linen drapes, The Salon caters for 12-16 guests on a cosy boardroom table or up to 40 guests over two-three tables. With packages tailored to your specific needs, we look forward to helping you create an unforgettable event.
