#editorpickoftheweek The highlight of my first-ever day in Sydney: a stop at the very happening Bistro Rex, Parisian-inspired boite with an Australian spin, for oysters (from Australia’s Oyster Coast Limited), a glass of Perrier-Jouet and a chat with co-head chef Michelle Powell, staff and co-head chef Jo Ward (she was so busy I could not snap a pic!). Thank you Splendour Tailored Tours for introducing me to this chic spot. I would go back in a heartbeat.
