This week (July 8th – 14th ) we weave through the region of Lorraine, more famous for their coalmines than their winemaking!
We match their famous Madeleine dessert with a light and harmonious Alsace sweet wine as many love to put the ‘Alsace-Lorraine’ regions together.

4th Etape heads southwest, close to the Pyrenees. Warm up your pins
for this leg of the ride with our hearty Rex duck cassoulet. Matched
with the juicy Cahors Chateau du Cedre, a gorgeous Malbec with an
abundance of fruit and great structure.
