Join us for Alsace Wine Dinner: a special four course experience paired with Alsace French winefrom 6pm Thursday 28 February.

The evening will be hosted by Thomas Schlumberger of Domaines Schlumbergerand Josh Dunne of Bistro Rex.

The four-course dinner will be prepared by chef's Jo Ward and Michelle Powell to match withthe whites of the seventh-generation wine producer.

Peter will introduce each of the wines including his Grand Cru Pinot Gris and Rieslings,as well as share some insight on what makes this famous domaine so special.

Place: Bistro Rex, Potts Point.

Time: 6pm for 6.30pm start.
