Summer Bottomless Rosé en Magnum and a French Coastal Vin Soirée

 

Le printemps est arrivé and with it the desire to rosé. Summer Bottomless Rosé, that is.
Come celebrate the long awaited warmer weather with the launch of our Languedoc Long Lunch. What better way to while away the lazy Saturday afternoons than with a glass of bottomless rosé paired with a fresh and delicious feast to match from our queens of the kitchen, Jo & Mishy.

Menu includes*: 

Beetroot crackers pickled eshallot créme fraîche beetroot
Cauliflower Gruyére Gougéres Bottarga
Mille Feuille of tuna pate avocado black olive

Confit chicken eggplant pickled grapes saltbush
Cavalo Nero cabbage & currant salad

Pair all of this with 2 hours of bottomless rosé* for $75 per person every Summer Saturday lunch. Bookings from midday till 5pm.

*Naturally, Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements must be respected at all times. Menu is subject to change.

French coastal and island wine

 

With the Euro summer behind us and our own shores beginning to heat up again the memories of long lunches and quick dips in the Med linger.

They say the third time is a charm and following two very enjoyable wine dinners we invite you to join us on Tuesday September 25
for our third vin soirée. 

In tribute to our favourite winter escape to Euro summer, we will be delving deep into French coastal and island wines to show you there is more to the south than magnums of rose*

*Never fear there will be plentiful rosè to imbibe!

The evening will begin with a selection of fresh whites from the Languedoc and Riviera regions, before hopping over the Ligurian sea for a few Corsican treats. As always paired with a curated 5 course feast from our talented chefs Jo Ward and Michelle Powell.

For those who have joined us before you will be hosted by familiar faces. Our favourite wine men Josh Dunne and Cristian Veterani will be pouring (generously) and guiding you through the vins of the evening.

Time: Guests are invited to join us at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.

Ticket: $135 per person including an allocated tasting wine per course. All other beverages will be charged on consumption.
