Alsace Wine Dinner
Join us for Alsace Wine Dinner: a special four course experience paired with Alsace French wine
from 6pm Thursday 28 February.
The evening will be hosted by Thomas Schlumberger of Domaines Schlumberger
and Josh Dunne of Bistro Rex.
The four-course dinner will be prepared by chef’s Jo Ward and Michelle Powell to match with
the whites of the seventh-generation wine producer.
Peter will introduce each of the wines including his Grand Cru Pinot Gris and Rieslings,
as well as share some insight on what makes this famous domaine so special.
Place: Bistro Rex, Potts Point.
